Role Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data such as revenue, volume, customer segmentation, product mix and pricing levels and pricing programs to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Track key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer lifetime value, churn rate, attachment rates and prepare regular reports for management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for aftermarket sales growth.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets and Marketing progress.
Role Purpose
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine optimal pricing strategies.
- Analyze price elasticity and customer price sensitivity.
- Develop methods of and implement pricing models and tools.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of pricing changes on sales revenue and profitability.
- Provide recommendations for pricing adjustments and promotions.
- Provide insights to market trends.
Sales Support
- Provide sales teams with data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Develop sales programs based on market data.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and specialty marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development & finance) to achieve sales goals.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM and other relevant systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of work experience in a sales analysis, pricing analysis, or in a business analyst role or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of work experience in a sales analysis, pricing analysis, or in a business analyst role.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Experience in industrial sales.

Pay Range
$92,856 - $130,206 Annually
