Business Operations Analyst - CSP Business
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support for global and North America CSP (Cloud Service Provider) business operations. This role will support the Global Business & Program Director for CSPs and the Global SVP for Tech Partners, as well as the Senior Vice President for CSPs in North America.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing operational tasks, including managing product requests, tracking opportunities, generating reports, maintaining management dashboards, using CAST and CSP tools, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Global CSP Business Operations Support
- Provide administrative support for global CSP business operations.
- Execute global operational tasks related to processing product requests from CSPs through both CAST’s and CSPs’ tools.
- Manage incoming product requests, assign them to the appropriate local CAST Channel sellers, ensure accurate tracking in CAST SalesOps systems, and coordinate completion with CAST delivery teams.
- Identify and resolve issues such as incorrect or changing product request parameters by implementing decisions from CAST leadership.
- Eg, within CAST-AWS partnership, process AWS product requests by managing tasks in AWS ACE, APFP, Marketplace portals, and CAST SalesOps tools, along with internal and shared dashboards.
- Track global CSP opportunities and completions, consolidating data from internal and CSP systems to create reports and dashboards for internal CAST reviews and CSP reconciliations.
- Identify and report data inconsistencies or issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
- Coordinate with internal CAST teams (SalesOps, channel sellers, delivery) and CSP teams to facilitate day-to-day operations and implement changes related to pricing, systems, and tools.
- Schedule and support operational meetings and reviews with CSPs, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups on action items.
- After a few months in the role, identify and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
North America CSP Business Operations Support
- Provide administrative support for North America CSP business operations.
- Execute local operational tasks specific to North America, ensuring smooth processing of CSP product requests through CAST’s and CSPs’ tools.
- Perform regional steps related to the global tasks mentioned above.
Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations, program management, or business administration.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential), including the ability to extract data summaries from large datasets.
- Experience working with CRM tools or operational platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with partner programs, tools, and processes of at least one Cloud Service Provider (CSP) is highly desirable.
