We are looking for a
Revenue Operations Analyst to help with our continued growth and contribute to our future.
Responsibilities
The
Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce systems, and reporting sales-related data to forecast, monitor and measure sales performance. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, other highlights of the position include:
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine key performance metrics (KPIs) and reporting processes.
- Responsible for creating and developing ESC reporting capabilities to maximize company revenue.
- Build processes & procedures within Salesforce, and act as the primary Salesforce administrator, including user management, customization, data management, and system integrations.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce usage, best practices, and workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within Salesforce and other related systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new Salesforce features to continuously optimize our sales operations.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI and SQL servers (for reporting)
