- Energy Marketplace: We help businesses find below market prices on their energy and streamline the switching and billing process while helping energy retailers reach more customers. Our goal is to become a one-stop shop for energy retailers to offer their products.
- Business Intelligence and Modelling Tools: Our reporting tools help businesses track everything from cost and emissions to the highest ROI energy upgrade across a business.
Termina is looking for someone to supercharge our sales and partnerships motions. Working closely with our founders, you’ll drive transformative growth and forge partnerships that redefine the energy industry, propelling Termina into its next chapter.
What You'll Own
- Lead Generation Optimisation: Developing our lead generation strategy and funnel to get more high quality leads for our sales team. Including developing an industry segmentation strategy for the sales team.
- Sales Funnel Optimisation: From testing and assessing current lead generation format and flow, to analysis of sales conversation rates.
- Commission payout optimisation: improving the operations surrounding commission payouts.
- Optimise Tendering: Improving lead time for tendering prices to get more pricing to customers and leads faster.
- Developing and Backtesting an SDR Strategy: Testing an SDR strategy with a data-driven approach to prove the benefit to the business, especially for enterprise deals.
Who you are
- Get sh#t done: You have a strong bias to action with a track record of achieving results in fast paced and uncertain environments.
- Strategic Thinker: You can get into the weeds but always track the bigger picture. You have experience building and then executing on a 6-12 month plan.
- Analytical approach: You know your way around a spreadsheet, SQL and building data pipelines. You are confident diving into the data to better understand an opportunity.
- You’re up for a challenge. If you’re not excited by difficult technical problems and work is at the bottom of your priorities, being an early hire at a startup is probably not the right move.
- You don't a traditional/corporate environment and structure.
- You’re not excited about helping small businesses or renewable energy. The nice thing about Termina is you work with small and large businesses everyday to help them succeed. You’ll have way more fun if you’re passionate about helping small businesses across Australia.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales, data analytics, or a related role.
- Experience with SQL and excel.
- Exceptional communication skills and an internal champion across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of the Energy, SaaS, or Technology industry is a plus.
- Startup/high growth experience is a plus.
