Summary:
Seeking a Sales Operations Analyst with 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, SQL data reporting, analysis, and process improvement. The candidate will support the Meta Performance Accelerator program through the end of the year. This role involves end-to-end execution of the program, process improvement, task management, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payout calculations and communication by assessing actual revenue against deal spend targets to determine quarterly payouts.
- Review Ad Credit Coupon requests for ~200 global and regional deals; assess details, performance data, and existing coupons; provide approvals or rejections with guidance as needed.
- Address makegood/goodwill coupon requests by investigating issues, managing escalations, and processing or rejecting requests.
- Provide sales support by responding to ad-hoc requests, troubleshooting complex issues, and addressing reporting concerns.
- Handle revenue and coupon data requests, performing data analysis, pivot table creation, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor and improve custom tooling by collaborating with Program Management and Engineering teams, creating business requirement documentation, training materials, testing, and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject such as Business Management, Finance, or Marketing.
- 4-6 years of experience in roles like Business Operations, Program Management, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Risk Management.
- Strong SQL skills, data analysis expertise, and experience with reporting tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with sound business insights and recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience across multiple partners and time zones.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience at Meta.
- Process improvement experience and cross-functional communication.
- Experience working across different time zones with stakeholders.
