This position requires an expert to contribute throughout various phases of the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving both strategic programs and tactical projects that enable our organization to build and scale world-class platforms serving our business units, partners, and customers. Collaborating closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders across Lucid, you will lead some of the most complex and impactful initiatives, ensuring alignment and driving success at every stage of the process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, leading IT-focused, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce platforms, including CRM functionalities, customization, and best practices for integration.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing Salesforce-related projects.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC
- Solid knowledge of sales, service, and supply chain processes, with the ability to apply insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Automotive industry experience a plus
- Skilled at managing stakeholder and customer expectations for both technical and operational support.
- Experience in managing and coordinating complex technical programs across multiple geographies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Expertise in identifying process gaps, defining and modifying processes to address operational challenges and improve business outcomes.
- Proven ability to ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience in setting up reporting and governance structures for SLAs and KPIs to drive performance.
- Strong capability to identify risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
- Adept at managing project escalations and navigating complex challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proficient in business applications such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite to track progress and collaborate effectively.
