In the role of a Revenue Operations Leader at Transfr, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by leading and optimizing the operations, tools/systems, and enablement functions across the organization. This executive position is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure seamless and efficient revenue processes. This person will develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue generation, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Data Architecture & Collection:
- Lead the design, collection, and integration of data from multiple sources across the full marketing and sales funnel
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity using platforms.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to develop and implement BI standards and reference materials
- Manage reporting and visualization tools to distribute insights company-wide
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track KPIs across marketing, sales, and operations
Revenue Operations:
- Lead the revenue operations function, ensuring optimal performance and alignment of sales, marketing, and financial data
- Collaborate with RevOps and finance teams to model and analyze key revenue streams, providing actionable insights for leadership
- Drive the development of conversion metrics and standards to streamline reporting and optimize marketing and sales strategies
Performance Optimization:
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing, customer success, and sales efforts, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement
- Utilize data to identify areas for operational improvement, customer segmentation, and revenue growth opportunities
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to measure campaign ROI and optimize lead generation, conversion, and retention
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development for team members
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication across the organization
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth or enterprise environment
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes, and how they contribute to overall revenue generation
- Strong experience with Salesforce, Domo, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
What We Offer
The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $200K-$250K with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary this role is eligible for additional company benefits such as stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
