Team Management
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a
VP of Business Operations & Controlling you will be responsible for:
- Optimize structure and drive synergies between different operational groups
- Develop training and development plans for assigned team members
- Drive a proactive mindset that reflects end to end operational and performance driven metrics
Operational Management
- Pipeline management, deal structuring including bench marking modeling techniques and alignment with business line controllers on goals
- Cost Controlling, compensation target setting/payout, and revenue planning Service
- Data formation, forecasting and trend analysis.
- Operational involvement and accountability in decision making.
- Provide guidance to technical partners on areas that require focus including action lists and follow ups.
- Establish vendor management operating model including interactions with different stakeholders, timing, and escalations.
- Drive digitalization, automation and process efficiencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline required. MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership experience. 3-5 years supervisory experience or equivalent cross functional leadership experience
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making
- Ability to influence people and empower team members to be proactive and focused on partnerships and results
- Advanced communication skills to clearly present key issues and recommended actions
- Strong understanding of strategic business goals
- Ability to form relationships and collaborate across global matrixed functions.
- Displays strategic thinking in identifying and developing automated solutions to increase productivity and efficiency
- Deep knowledge of FP&A systems and finance controlling required.
