Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst with a focus on CRM management to join our growing operations team. This role will be crucial in optimizing our sales processes, improving data integrity, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, wants to grow in their career, and possesses a strong understanding of sales operations principles, CRM best practices, and data analysis techniques.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Sales Compensation design and execution: effectively motivate the sales team and drive results that meet the organization’s objectives
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform administration: ensure data accuracy and integrity, identify and implement process improvement within the CRM to enhance sales efficiency
- Directly support sales leadership: assess sales performance and effectiveness, establish and measure KPIs, and build reports in PowerBI to track these metrics
Specific Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales personnel to optimize and improve on CRM set-up and workflows, implementing best practices and shaping platform to meet the needs of all users.
- Analyze sales data, prescription trends, and market share to evaluate the performance of our drug portfolio and sales team using PowerBI.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, including customer targeting and segmentation, ROI analysis, etc.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and sales team, highlighting market insights, potential opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related area required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical or operations role
- A background in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmacy is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to build and maintain automated dashboards and reports.
- Understanding of data modeling, cleansing, and transformation.
- Proficiency in SQL is highly desirable.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Physical Requirements
- Occasional travel required (up to 10%)
