We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Operations Manage to partner with the EU Sales organization in enhancing processes, developing sales programs, driving tool adoption, and implementing governance frameworks to boost overall team productivity. This role partners with a diverse group, including a 100+ person Sales team, as well as Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal, and Finance, to design, implement, and manage systems and strategies that drive efficiency and align with organizational objectives.
Operating in a fast-paced environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity, this position requires strengths across Earn Trust, Invent and Simplify, Deliver Results, Bias for Action, Learn and Be Curious and Ownership.
Key job responsibilities
- Build efficient, scalable, and transparent processes: Create and optimize processes to enhance sales team efficiency and scalability end-to-end
- Scope, test and refine strategic projects : Manage complex, multi-faceted projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Scale successful solutions across sales teams and geographies
- Govern and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Product, Strategy, Marketing, Commercial, Operations) to optimize mechanisms that underpin organizational growth
- Work on continuous improvements to translate business requirement into proof of concept, project resource, and timeline estimate
- Ensure adoption of key trainings and on-boarding standardization across tools and trainings
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience in finance, business management and sales operations
