Job Summary:
Elcom Digital is looking for an experienced Business Unit Leader / CFO to oversee Finance, Operations, and Accounts, along with managing key strategic functions such as Marketing and People & Culture. This role demands strong leadership, strategic financial expertise, and operational efficiency to drive business growth and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.
- Develop financial strategies to optimize profitability and cost management.
- Analyze financial data to drive strategic decision-making.
Operations Management:
- Streamline business processes for operational efficiency and scalability.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor and improve overall business unit performance.
Accounts & Compliance:
- Supervise accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee internal audits and risk management strategies.
Marketing & People Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align financial strategies with business growth.
- Work closely with the People & Culture department to enhance organizational culture.
- Drive leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management.
Requirements:
- MBA in Finance or equivalent degree.
- 8+ years of experience in finance, operations, and business management.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing multiple departments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align them with business goals.
