W2 Opportunity, Hybrid Position - 3 Days/week to Office, Minneapolis/Minnesota
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ, Flows, and validation rules, ensuring a seamless Salesforce Community experience. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in CPQ troubleshooting, including quotes, subscriptions, pricing, orders, revenue, and automation.
We are looking for a problem-solver with strong technical skills, capable of maintaining and enhancing Salesforce automation, security, and user experience.
🔹 Senior Salesforce Administrator Certification is a MUST
🔹 CPQ Certification is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, approval processes, and subscriptions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, including:
- Quote configuration errors
- Subscription management challenges
- Pricing discrepancies
- Order & product modeling issues
- Revenue recognition problems
- Bundles, Attributes, Product Rules, Summary Variables, Discount Schedules
- Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows for process automation.
- Manage custom objects, object modeling, tabs, fields, and picklists.
- Utilize Workbench for advanced troubleshooting and system management.
- Configure role-based page layouts, record types, dashboards, and email generation.
- Set up and maintain Master-Detail relationships, junction objects, lookups, and formula fields.
- Manage roles, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data migration.
- Create and manage validation rules to enforce data integrity and business logic.
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce Communities, ensuring a seamless user experience and permissions management.
- Configure and optimize page layouts, record types, and security settings.
- Work with Einstein Bots to enhance automation and customer interactions.
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining structured and clean records within Salesforce.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 4-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including troubleshooting quotes, subscriptions, pricing, orders, and revenue issues.
✔ Expertise in Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and Communities.
✔ Experience debugging complex CPQ, automation, and configuration issues.
✔ Familiarity with Einstein Bots and their role in automation.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Salesforce Administrator and CPQ certifications are preferred.
