What Is The Position
As a Salesforce/CPQ Administrator you will be an integral part of the Enterprise Systems Team, responsible for Administration of Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and the ability to configure and maintain complex pricing rules, product bundles, and approval workflows. You will work closely with the Salesforce Manager, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce system meets the needs of the organization and supports our business processes. You will be an integral part of a team that handles everything from ETL integration configurations, 3rd party application support and everything Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
What You Will Do
- CPQ Administration: Help implement, test and support Salesforce CPQ and the integration with NetSuite. Provide continuous learning knowledge of CPQ functionalities, including product configuration, Pricing management and advanced approvals.
- Application Support & Design: Support the design, development and integrations of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Conga Contracts using point and click configuration tools.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with IT counterparts and business stakeholders to create and validate business requirements and project documentation.
- Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Lead the identification and resolution of issues quickly, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and proactively seek out opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
- Support Requests: Manage and resolve support requests, configuration changes, and bulk data updates while exercising appropriate change controls.
- Business Analysis: Meet with stakeholders, capture requirements, design business solutions and build using Salesforce best practices.
What Is Required
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with specific experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App builder certifications are essential.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
- Conga Sign, Conga Composer, and Conga Contracts for Salesforce working knowledge are preferred.
- Knowledge of LWC and APEX preferred.
- Agile Kanban or Scrum experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications is a plus.
- Ability to travel less than 10%
- Ability to work traditional business hours 8-5 local time, with flexibility.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends to support production releases

Pay range for this role:
$75,000—$90,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
