Job Title: Strategy and Business Operations Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (Team will prioritize candidates who can work hybrid schedules in the San Francisco office. Otherwise, open to remote candidates.)

Pay Rate: $78.16/Hour
Duties:
- Client is seeking a Senior Strategy and Business Operations Manager to join the Cloud Product Group Business Operations team.
- This team is responsible for driving thought leadership, planning, decision and execution processes and communication for the Digital Media Product Marketing & Community team in partnership with a broad set of stakeholder organizations (Product Management, Product Development, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Pricing, Branding, Go to Market, and Engagement & Retention).
- In this highly visible role, you will partner with the Product Marketing and Product senior leadership and cross functional leaders to drive the delivery of Creative Cloud strategies.
- You will ensure cross-functional alignment in support of the execution of these strategies across segments.
- Thought leader partnership with the business leaders over Creative Cloud Business
- Managing end-to-end execution of the plan/initiatives
- Leading annual strategic and operations planning
- Managing deliverable/milestone reviews and ensuring cross functional alignment prior to executive reviews
- Planning and facilitating executive reviews including capturing notes and action items
- Proactively identifying and managing risks within projects
- Communicating status and key decisions to stakeholders and executives across various organizations within the client
- Providing guidance and ensuring alignment between executives and your leaders
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in a business operations, consulting, strategy, or product management function required
- Experience developing both high level and operational strategy
- Experience driving change and working on complex cross-functional projects end-to-end and/or in highly matrixed organizations required.
- Motivated, execution-oriented high-performance individual with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Proven leadership and experience in identifying and solving broad and complex issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven flexibility and adaptability including ability to think on your feet
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop strong relationships
- Experience working with high level executives
- Experience with planning process, and/or metrics and measurement desired
- Experience with a SAAS Software Company strongly preferred
Education: MBA a plus
