Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce CPQ Developers to join our team and work directly at our client's location in Gurgaon or Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions to meet our client's business requirements. You will work closely with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into effective program logic and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Design and develop Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions based on detailed application requirements.
- Configure and customize CPQ functionalities, including product rules, price rules, discount schedules, and quote templates.
- Implement Salesforce Billing functionalities, including invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition.
- Develop custom Apex classes and Visualforce pages to extend standard Salesforce and CPQ/Billing functionalities.
- Accurately estimate development effort for assigned tasks.
- Contribute to project planning and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Interpret complex business rules and translate them into efficient program logic.
- Work closely with product owners and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
- Work effectively with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise communication regarding project status and technical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing.
- Strong experience in Force.com, Apex Classes, Visualforce, Data Loaders, and AppExchange products.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience completing phases of broader software development projects.
- Ability to debug and correct application issues.
- Experience testing, debugging, and altering code.
- Ability to plan, design, and analyze user requirements for development.
- Ability to recommend technical designs and procedures.
- Experience developing Visualforce pages using standard and custom controllers.
- Experience creating and managing custom objects.
- Working knowledge of software engineering methodologies.
- Ability to perform basic system requirement identification and documentation analysis.
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
