Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead our manufacturing company's financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial management in a production-driven environment, ensuring profitability, compliance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize profitability and cost control.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
- Lead cost management and pricing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and funding requirements.
- Drive financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and operations teams to improve cost efficiency.
- Oversee audit processes, taxation, and corporate governance.
- Develop relationships with banks, investors, and stakeholders to support business growth.
- Implement ERP systems and financial automation for accuracy and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of costing, pricing, and financial modelling.
- Expertise in taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in capital expenditure planning and managing large-scale investments.
- Exposure to global financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Strong background in M&A, fundraising, and investor relations.
