Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Bradenton, FL 34202
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support sales teams, manage reports, and streamline sales processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and analyze large reports to support sales operations.
- Assist in resolving sales process bottlenecks and channel concerns.
- Track and route issues to appropriate teams.
- Support customer and partner relationship management.
- Maintain and improve internal sales operations processes.
- Assist with account onboarding, contract administration, and customer master data.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales operations experience OR a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Basic MS Access knowledge.
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
