As a GTM Insights & Intelligence Senior Associate in our Connected Sales & Marketing function, you will get the opportunity to drive the evolution our GTM / demand tools for leadership decision making. This role is responsible for developing, managing and optimizing GTM Insights & Intelligence solutions to align with firm objectives and user needs, ensuring it continues to deliver actionable insights that drive growth.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:
- Maintaining and enhancing GTM Insights & Intelligence solutions functionality, data structure and reporting capabilities
- Designing scalable data structures that support accurate reporting and efficient queries
- Working with the Experience team to design user interfaces that deliver great experiences and adhere to UI / UX best practices
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, GTM leaders to understand decision making needs and evolve the tool accordingly
- Connecting / automating various data sources (CRM, Marketo, Finance, etc.) ensuring seamless data flow and automation
- Refining data queries and reporting processes to improve speed, accuracy and usability
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, inaccuracies and performance bottlenecks
- Maintain documentation on data models, reports, and processes while training users on best practices
- Ensuring data quality and integrity across GTM reporting systems
- Working closely with team members to coordinate analytics projects and deliverables
- Other duties as assigned
You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics, preferably in professional services or B2B environments
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $88,000 and $132,000 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Washington, DC, Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA San Diego, CA, and New York, NY offices only is between $95,000 and $142,600 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $101,200 and $151,800 per year
