Role Description
This is a full-time Chief Sales Officer (CSO) role based in Delhi, India. The CSO will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, sales management, training, and team management on-site. The day-to-day tasks will involve strategic planning, business development, and driving sales growth for PUREXA products.
Qualifications
- Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management skills
- Training and Team Management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to strategize and implement sales plans
- Experience in the oral care or related industry is mandatory.
- Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
