PURPOSE
This role supports communications, logistics, operations, invoicing and sales between the company’s International and US Customer Service operations. It ensures the smooth processing of all major interfaces between customers and business partners.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports to the Director Services and Operations – International.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Point of contact for Customer Service and Sales Operations between the International business unit and the US team.
· Point of contact for sales, customer and distributor orders and related queries for all company products for the international business unit.
· Review, process, follow up on sales, customer and distributor orders for all company products for the international business unit.
· Create, process, follow up on invoices for all company products for the international business unit.
· Review Invoices and PO´s for accuracy and take corrective action as requested by the Manager.
· Coordinate, create and issue Purchase Orders for vendors and distributors
· Coordinate and follow up on shipments, deliveries, returns for the international business unit.
· Actively follow up on all issues related to shipments for the international business unit.
· Maintains and updates warehouse inventory, company assets, spare parts and all company products within CRM, ERP and relevant data base(s) for the international business unit as applicable.
· Actively supports Inventory counts
· Manages and create reports, such as Inventory, Invoice aging etc. on request.
· Liaisons with manufacturers for PO fulfillment, technical, and service-related work for the international business unit.
· Provide and support the implementation of Sales and Service Agreements for the international Sales team as requested by the Manager.
· Create and implement Work instructions and forms for the international business unit as assigned by the Manager.
· Liase with International departments such as Finance, Sales and Service as required.
· Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree is beneficial.
· Fluent in written and verbal English.
· Three (3) years of prior experience with disposition of goods, shipping coordination and invoicing.
· General technical understanding of medical equipment products and industry.
· Technical proficiency working with CRM, ERP and MS Office Suite.
· Ability to work and maintain multiple project deadlines is required.
· Clear communication skills, including verbal and written, verbal presentation and influencing skills are required.
· Proven ability to manage large amounts of data to uncover insights and create meaningful reporting.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing workload to meet deadlines while ensuring high quality standards is required.
· Detail oriented.
