As a member of our Sales Operations team, the Revenue Operations Analyst will help us to use data to refine our operational processes and sales strategy. You will build dashboards and optimize reporting to ensure our leadership team has a clear pulse on the business, helping the team to realize opportunities and build upon our strengths. As a problem solver you will dig into data to find root causes, identify trends, uncover blind spots, and help to answer questions about the customer experience. You will present data to the team in a manner that is effective, tangible, and tells a clear story.

The Impact You’ll Make
This is a high-impact role. You will be a self-starter, independent thinker, deeply analytical, and detail-oriented, capable of working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Account Operations, Marketing, Data Science, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, developing a deep understanding of Nextdoor’s business and translating this knowledge into building and optimizing key parts of the Advertising Sales organization. Current and ongoing work spans the following areas: sales strategy, strategic planning, operations, process creation, process improvement, international expansion strategy, and internal reporting. As one of the first key hires to support a growing senior business team within sales, you will help shape the way the global Advertising Sales organization reports on activities and ultimately grows the Nextdoor business.
This position will be based in New York and will report to the Head of Sales Operations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Finance and Product, to support strategic initiatives that streamline operations, improve productivity, and scale the business
- Drive sales process adoption and compliance while identifying and implementing tools to enhance efficiency
- Maintain CRM accuracy by ensuring up-to-date information and supporting the sales team in data management
- Standardize and distribute sales performance reports to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform performance improvement efforts, including go-to-market playbooks, process optimization, and customer health analytics
- Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards using tools like Salesforce, Looker, Databricks, Google Sheets, etc. to surface key insights and drive strategic decision-making
- Participate in in-person Nextdoor events such as trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and team building exercises
- Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to Nextdoor’s company culture
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, finance, business/sales operations, sales strategy, or related field, and/or the ability to perform at an advanced level in the domain
- Experience with a CRM tool, specifically Salesforce, as well as experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Databricks, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience working as an analyst in operations supporting a Sales or Customer Success team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and communicate actionable insights
- Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively - verbally, in writing, and presentations
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Rewards
Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create one overall rewards package.
The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $95,000 - $115,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.
We expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date will take place within 3 months of your start date.
