As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the seamless and efficient operation of our sales processes, order management, and customer service. Your responsibilities encompass harnessing the power of data analysis and insights to facilitate well-informed decision-making within the realm of sales operations.
Primary Functional Responsibilities
- Own order management performance and process for an assigned book of business; minimize any order discrepancies and ensure products ship in a timely and accurate manner.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on sales plans; report status to sales plans.
- Work closely with the customer and supply chain teams to identify fulfillment and product availability schedules.
- Identify allocation concerns and manage consequences of supply shortages by optimizing profitability, service level, and customer or brand implication.
- Ensure forecast, inventory and all aspects of your book of business run smoothly to guarantee a strong customer experience for our retailers.
- Understand, maintain and report out a dashboard with WOS, sell-through, forecast accuracy, and all other analytics to ensure we are servicing our customers in the most aligned, profitable way.
Required Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, retail operations, customer service, or logistics. Preference given to those with experience in consumer-packaged goods.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in interpreting customer forecasts and sell-through data.
- Understanding of sales operation cycles, including customer forecasting, purchase orders, sales orders, allocations, 3PL fulfillment, and billing.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Ability to quickly summarize and articulate complex situations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without day-to-day management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
