Roles & responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Business Operations & Strategy to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth
- Improve business intelligence dashboards and provide insights to sales and eng teams
- Implement a robust sales process by identifying gaps in sales cycles, necessary collateral, and key customer events
- Support strategic financing initiatives with financial analysis, projections, and due diligence materials
- Develop partnership agreements, pricing frameworks, and process playbooks for new product lines
- Build analytics infrastructure for campaign performance, marketing ROI, and revenue attribution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years with relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, analytics or related fields
- Experience at a high growth startup (AI or adtech a plus)
- Fluency in Excel; experience with SQL and AI tools
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans
- Strong analytical expertise, and extensive experience building integrated models and processes from scratch
- Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
- Proven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks
