We are partnering with a prominent footwear brand to hire a Business Operations Manager / Chief of Staff to join their small, NYC-based team. This role reports directly to the CEO and is an incredible opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of operations at a fast-growing consumer brand that customers love.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will wear multiple hats with core responsibilities including:
- Understand operations through a finance lens (you are familiar with optimizing COGS, product margin, contribution margin, etc)
- Inventory forecasting and management
- Supporting the CEO with investor materials
- Collaborating with vendors and external partners
What They’re Looking For:
- 4-8 years of full-time work experience with strong familiarity in consumer/CPG finance and operations (working with a physical good)
- Experience with financial planning and forecasting
- Ability to be a strategic thought partner on matters without a clear owner
- Strong communication skills—able to identify and escalate issues proactively while also working independently to resolve them
- Comfortable and understand working with a small 8-person team
Additional Details:
Location: In-office in NYC with strong flexibility to work from home as needed
Compensation: $75K-$100K base salary (depending on relevant experience) + equity + benefits
