Position Overview: The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that ensures occupancy targets are met across all facilities. This executive leader will oversee sales, marketing, and business development teams to optimize lead generation, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall financial performance. The CRO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and brand presence in key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Lead Generation
- Craft a data-driven revenue roadmap outlining lead generation targets by channel with a clear timeline.
- Develop strategies to close any identified performance gaps, ensuring alignment with historical trends and industry benchmarks.
Digital Marketing & Brand Development
- Collaborate with the digital marketing agencies to develop a SEO/SEM strategy, including performance benchmarks.
- Execute a company-wide brand refresh for all facilities within.
Performance Management & Team Leadership
- Establish and maintain a refined KPI framework for all sales and marketing contributors within.
- Hire, mentor, and retain A+ talent, ensuring the team meets high-performance standards.
- Turn around underperforming teams by implementing rigorous performance reviews and strategic hiring practices.
- Develop a call center strategy, ensuring optimal conversion rates and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
Financial & Operational Excellence
- Maintain a strong financial mindset, with deep understanding of customer acquisition costs, channel profitability, and payer mix.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and occupancy forecasts in at least 80% of fiscal years.

Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience at a VP level or higher, leading multi-layered sales teams (20+ employees).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets consistently.
- Strong experience in healthcare sales, behavioral health preferred but not required.
- Experience overseeing digital marketing and optimizing SEO/SEM strategies.
- Expertise in managing call centers and enhancing lead conversion.
- Demonstrated success in turning around underperforming sales teams and building high-performing organizations.
