As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations – Trial/Inventory management, you will be responsible for leading a team of managers and individual contributors focused on driving Medical’s commercial inventory strategy and overall trials program. This includes Medical capital product trial management and execution, system enhancements, and commercial inventory deployment across the Medical division. You will be a business partner to the sales organization, logistical partners, finance, manufacturing, and varying internal partners to enable data-driven decision making and a positive customer experience while ensuring compliance with Stryker inventory policies.

What you will do
Lead, develop, and support team of commercial revenue operations analyst(s) to execute on business financial objectives while driving engagement and professional growth of team members
Will provide support to sales leadership and finance in the analysis and development of inventory management, reconciliation, and system data integrity (SAP)
Responsible for capital commercial inventory allocation associated with made-to-stock products.
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Sales for trial execution (systematically and logistically)
In partnership with GQO (global, quality, and operations), will ensure finished goods inventory and trial inventory compliance with Stryker policies
Will partner with Sales Operations and Commercial Analytics team to develop sales/internal PowerBI tools to drive efficiency and communication with cross functional teams
Responsible for new product launch trial strategy and planning in partnership with Marketing and PMO leadership
Responsible for sales training, communication, and feedback in partnership with cross functional partners in association with Trial execution and improvement
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology-related field
10+ years of relevant work experience
4+ years of people leadership experience
Experience in business strategy, financial strategy, logistical/operational practices, and data analytics
Experience in MS Office, SAP, and Inventory Management
