Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Chesapeake, VA. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning and strategy, managing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Daily tasks include directing all financial activities, preparing financial forecasts and budgets, and assessing financial performance against industry benchmarks. The CFO will collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic financial initiatives and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Planning and Finance
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Experience in the waste management or recycling industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Salary will commensurate with experience.
