a. Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP HCM ERP.
b. Demonstrated competency in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.
c. Proficiency in SQL programming is preferred.
d. Competent in applying Microsoft Excel functions.
e. Good planning and coordination skills.
f. Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
g. Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
h. Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
a. At least 2 of working experience in information technology.

c. Experience in operation support including end user support, troubleshooting and testing is preferred.
