About Quik AI
Quik AI is a fast-growing AI and software company that has developed an integration capability allowing it to unify across systems proficiently at low cost, to then bring analytics to bear.
In our first year, this has focused on smaller deals in the care sector and having now built up the capabilities of the core platform, we are now looking to launch a set of scalable products, built around this integration capability, to multiple sectors.
Our three product lines will launch as:
1. Operations Workflow Automation – connecting text & voice, with existing company systems so customers / users can seamlessly raise tickets, file reports and trigger next steps
2. Commercial Compliance Automation – to ensure activities and invoicing meet commercial terms and other customer account data
3. Datalake Construction, Analysis and WriteBack – enabling data transfer to new systems, between systems and writing back – covering Office, to SaaS to public data sources.
The role
We are hiring a Head of GTM (Go-to-Market) to develop and scale Quik AI’s commercial engine from the ground up.
This is a founding GTM role. You will personally define how we go to market, who we sell to, and why we win - while also owning revenue generation hands-on. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, progressing enterprise conversations, converting leads into revenue, and expanding Quik AI’s customer base. You will also help shape our sales approach, but your primary focus will be on winning business and driving income.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for AI and software development services
· Define and execute Quik AI’s go-to-market strategy
· Identify and validate ICPs, buyer personas, and priority verticals
· Shape positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging for AI and software offerings
· Design the initial sales motion (outbound, inbound, partnerships, founder-led, etc.)
· Build pipeline yourself through proactive outbound and network-led selling
· Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → pitch → proposal → negotiation → close
· Personally close mid-market and enterprise deals (£50k–£250k+)
· Create proposals and commercial structures that convert and scale
· Partner with leadership to align GTM strategy with company direction
Essential Experience
You must have the following experience. If not, this role will not be a fit:
· Direct experience taking a smaller SaaS, AI, or software business and scaling it
o From early or unclear GTM → meaningful, repeatable revenue growth
o Either as a founding sales hire, early GTM leader, or commercial owner
· Hands-on involvement in building GTM from scratch
o Defining ICPs, messaging, pricing, and sales motion
· Personally built pipeline and closed deals yourself
o Not just managed a team or inherited an existing motion
· Proven track record closing complex software / AI / technical deals
· Clear, demonstrable revenue impact with numbers
