A private equity-backed technology company is seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Chief Financial Officer to support the next stage of its growth journey. This role is critical as the business moves through product consolidation, operational scaling, and prepares for a strategic exit.
The company is a cloud-native B2B platform which has grown into a category leader through innovation and selective acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mature the finance function – reporting, controlling, FP&A, and compliance
- Support strategic consolidation of acquired products and business lines
- Provide data-driven insights to guide operational decision making
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and investor reporting packs
- Ensure readiness for refinancing, due diligence, and exit processes
- Implement scalable financial systems
- Partner closely with the CEO and investors to drive value creation
Your Profile
- Experience as CFO or senior finance leader in PE-backed or growth-stage tech/SaaS companies
- Skilled in scaling finance operations, supporting M&A integration, and managing multiple product lines
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution
- Track record in exit preparation, transaction support, and investor relations in PE context.
- Fluent in German and English
