How to Apply
Email Hiring@edwards-lawgroup.com with the subject line: Director of Operations – [Your Name] and include:
- A Letter of Impact. Instead of a generic cover letter, write a short case study. Choose one significant challenge you’ve tackled in a professional services firm or department—something that required both operational and strategic leadership. What was broken? What actions did you take? What was the measurable outcome?
- Your resume. No fluff—just a clear picture of your leadership, financial oversight, and strategic execution.
Bonus (Not Required, But Highly Encouraged)
Want to stand out? Record a short video (3-5 minutes max) answering the following:
- How you think. Share your approach to balancing operations and strategy—what frameworks or principles guide you?
- How you lead. Describe how you build alignment within a team and drive accountability.
- How you execute. If you have law firm experience, how have you driven results in that environment? If not, how would you approach stepping into a law firm setting and making an impact quickly?
