Job Description
The ISV Business Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving visibility, alignment, and execution of ISV revenue performance across Sage North America. This individual will lead the tracking, planning, and analysis of ISV performance, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that accelerate growth. Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Operations, and Product Marketing, you’ll provide both recurring and ad hoc reporting, monitor field execution, and identify opportunities to maximize regional performance. This is a highly collaborative, data-driven role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite in our Atlanta or Lawrenceville, GA office.
- Revenue Tracking and Planning: Monitor and plan ISV revenue streams, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Data Analysis: Capture, build, and analyze data from various business segments to provide actionable insights.
- Field Execution Tracking: Track and support field execution to ensure the achievement of regional revenue potential.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, commercial operations, product marketing, and commercial partners teams to drive ISV business growth.
- Insights and Reporting: Provide recurring and ad-hoc insights and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Strategy Communication: Articulate, communicate, and track information and strategy across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations or related role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- ISV Partner sales experience preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
