The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing, managing, and reconciling expenses related to inventory and the supply chain. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate cost allocation, optimizing inventory levels, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The analyst will collaborate closely with purchasing, suppliers, finance, and logistics teams to improve the efficiency and accuracy of inventory cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Cost Analysis & Reconciliation – Conduct thorough analysis and reconciliation of inventory costs by working closely with purchasing teams and suppliers to ensure financial accuracy.
- Shipment & Invoice Reconciliation – Track shipments, verify goods received, and ensure accurate reconciliation of supplier invoices to prevent discrepancies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Examine cost-related data, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights to optimize inventory management.
- Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvements – Identify opportunities to reduce costs, enhance operational efficiency, and streamline procurement processes.
- Management Reporting – Generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for senior management.
- Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with finance, procurement, and warehouse teams to improve the flow of goods and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies.
- Inventory Loss Identification – Monitor stock movements, detect inventory losses, and implement corrective actions to mitigate financial risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in cost reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Inventory Cost Management Knowledge – Experience in inventory valuation, cost allocation, and supply chain financial analysis is a plus.
- Financial Data Interpretation & Reporting – Ability to analyze financial data, create reports, and communicate insights effectively.
- Technical Proficiency – Hands-on experience with SAP Business One and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills – Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $66,833.14-$80,332.75 per year
