- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reports are prepared and presented to the executive team and board of directors.
- Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and auditors, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
