This includes financial reporting, compliance with SEBI regulations, drafting the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), managing investor relations, ensuring post-IPO governance, financial transparency, and fundraising for growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in handling IPOs for high-profile organizations, along with strategic leadership to drive the company’s growth and market positioning.
