The Product Line and Strategy department focus on driving revenue growth, innovation, and market positioning for BlueCrest. The Product Line team oversees the lifecycle of key solutions, ensuring they align with customer needs, competitive dynamics, and profitability goals. They manage obsolescence, new product launches, and indirect channel strategies. The Strategy team shapes long-term business direction, integrating automation, AI, cloud migration, and service transformation to maintain industry leadership. They engage with major clients, prioritize investments, and balance sustaining engineering with NPD (R&D) for future growth, ensuring BlueCrest remains a leader in mail production and document workflow solutions.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual to join our Product Line Management (PLM) team. This entry-level role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with technology, learning new systems, and developing structured, organized work habits.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support product configuration and quoting processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CPQ (training provided).
- Assist in maintaining product catalogs, pricing logic, and business workflows.
- Help organize and track key product meetings, including action items and follow-ups.
- Work with PLM, engineering, manufacturing and sales teams to ensure accurate product data and documentation.
- Manage and monitor shared mailboxes to keep communication and processes running smoothly.
- Use tools like Salesforce, Windchill (PLM), and Excel to support manufacturing.
- Learn to review factory documentation and statements of work with guidance from the team.
- Develop strong organizational habits to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
The role will report to the Manager of Product Management and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, Pre-sales, Service and Product Management. The Application specialist will be responsible for supporting product operations, CPQ systems, and business processes.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Interest in working with enterprise systems (ERP, CPQ, CRM) – no prior experience required; we'll train you!
- Willingness to learn from experienced team members and develop into an expert over time.
- Ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and comfort with learning new software.
- A problem-solver who enjoys working with both technical systems and business processes.
