Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be pivotal in supporting our business operations by leveraging Salesforce to optimize processes, enhance data management, and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
*This is a hybrid role: 3 days/week in office*
- Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain Salesforce records, removing record duplicates and ensuring data accuracy and completeness, upload leads and opportunities into Salesforce.
- Salesforce Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce by performing regular data audits, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Salesforce Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Salesforce Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and other key metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they are proficient in using the platform and following best practices.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects, including new implementations, system upgrades, and integrations with other business systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce processes, configurations, and changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or business analyst role, with a focus on Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange; Demand Tools is an asset.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Salesforce reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools, such as Simple Import and Demand tools.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and sales processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
