The Business Management team empowers our leaders to manage our client businesses, supporting them with business systems and processes enabled by latest technology and data-driven insights for better decision making. We are primarily responsible for design, development and governance of the business data, delivery performance, resource management and project management of strategic initiatives to realize corporate strategy and goals. The teams measure, manage, and connect business KPIs across verticals to build a single view of impact areas within the organization. They augment our leaders with insights, strategic vision, and actionable plans to function effectively. Equipped with data and technology, the team is keen on bringing novel business solutions to life.
The Lead, Business Operations is a key role within the Business Operations Team that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play a pro-active enablement role. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, integrity, and a willingness to put the company’s interest above all else. The incumbent is expected to support in execution of various strategic and operational excellence initiatives in the form of reporting and programs, with minimal guidance and supervision.

Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Experience in Data Analysis & recommending Business Insights to leaders
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge at generating reports and dashboard for program sponsors
- Interact with multiple stakeholders at senior level in the organization
- Enjoy new challenges and are solution-oriented
- Strong analytics skill’s: Ability to see patterns; and a structured and logical approach to decision making
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and implementation of new processes, and improvements to existing processes.
- Organize, coordinate, lead small to medium efforts across multiple businesses; ability to identify and understand emerging issues in order to adapt and adjust to shifting.
Strategy & Planning
- Meet with decision makers, process owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and business goals.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing operational and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of business analysis to define the business outcome and measure-taking actions
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- 12 to 15 years professional experience and a strong comfort with the IT service/product engineering industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot Tables, VBA.
- Basic knowledge of Data visualization tools like Power BI
- Proven experience in business and data analysis
- Proven experience in defining and driving KPIs, process transformation, business tool process enhancements, implementation support
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to communicate directly with global stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills: the ability to see patterns; and a structured and logical approach to decision making
- Should be strong willed, a fast learner and able to adapt to an evolving environment.
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
