Radley Green is partnering a growing professional services firm seeking a Fractional CFO (1–2 days per week) on a long-term basis to work closely with senior leadership, helping to drive growth and add value across commercial finance and business strategy.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Board with strategic financial insight and decision-making. Responsibilities will include forward planning, future-proofing the business, and overseeing all aspects of financial management.
This is an excellent opportunity to influence the financial direction of an expanding organisation while working closely with the CEO, Founder, Board, and Finance team.
The role offers approximately £1,000 per day.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the CEO and Board
• Support long-term planning, forecasting, and growth strategies
• Lead financial modelling, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and insight
• Advise on commercial opportunities, risks, and operational efficiency
• Help future-proof the business through robust financial planning
• Use professional networks to support growth, partnerships, and new opportunities
• Collaborate with the internal Finance team to strengthen processes and controls
