Working closely with an ambitious CEO and Board, you'll play a key role in shaping strategy, driving commercial performance and preparing the business for its next phase of domestic and international expansion.
This is a true executive leadership position, offering the opportunity to influence every aspect of the business while building a scalable finance function capable of supporting significant future growth.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Board, you'll act as both the strategic and commercial finance leader for the organisation.
This role extends far beyond traditional finance leadership. You'll be a trusted advisor to the CEO, helping shape business strategy, challenge decision-making, improve accountability across the leadership team and ensure the business is well positioned for continued expansion and future investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall finance function, governance and financial strategy.
- Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and long-term financial planning.
- Build robust financial reporting, controls and scalable finance processes.
- Support investor relationships, fundraising activities and value creation initiatives.
- Lead financial integration and due diligence on future acquisitions.
- Support international growth and expansion into new markets.
- Develop, mentor and strengthen the finance team as the business scales.
- Ensure the business maintains best-in-class financial governance and compliance.

Essential Experience
- Proven CFO experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology business.
- Strong experience working with Private Equity investors.
- Track record of scaling businesses through periods of rapid growth.
- Excellent commercial and strategic finance capability.
- Exposure to international operations and business expansion.
- Comfortable working within founder-led, entrepreneurial organisations.
- Previous Board-level leadership experience.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
