GTM Generalist (Founding Sales & Growth)

We’re looking for a high-agency, versatile Go-To-Market Generalist to join Lassie as our third GTM hire. You’ll work directly with the founders to build pipeline, close new business, and help shape our go-to-market playbook. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves wearing multiple hats, and wants to build something that matters.
Success looks like:
– Consistently closing new practices week over week
– Launching outbound and partnership experiments that drive qualified leads
– Iterating on messaging, onboarding, and retention based on real customer feedback
This is a high-impact, foundational role with ownership and upside — critical to scaling Lassie into our Series A and beyond.
About Lassie:
Lassie is transforming how dental practices run their back office. We’re the first to fully automate insurance payment (EOB) posting — saving practices hours of manual work and accelerating revenue collection.
Backed by top angel investors in Silicon Valley and built by a team from Coinbase, Robinhood, Superhuman, and Uber, we’re a pre-Series A company with a proven product, a waitlist of 2,000+ practices, and a clear path to category leadership.
What You'll Do:
– Own the full sales cycle: outbound, inbound, demo, close, onboarding
– Launch and test outbound campaigns via email, DMs, FB groups, and partnerships
– Collaborate with founders to refine ICP, pitch, and GTM ops
– Identify high-leverage opportunities (referral loops, niche communities, influencers)
– Build content to support GTM (scripts, emails, decks, landing pages)
– Track and report sales metrics + feedback to optimize strategy
– Help shape our team culture and operating rhythm from the ground up
What We’re Looking For:
– 2–5 years of experience in sales, growth, or customer-facing startup roles
– Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding goals
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Comfortable running outbound and experimenting quickly
– High ownership mindset and bias toward action
– Passion for mission-driven, in-person team culture
– Bonus: experience in dental/healthcare or selling to SMBs
– Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
