Responsible and accountable as a member of the Procedural and Anesthesia Services Administration to assure achievement of organizational goals related to the business functions of the clinical environment. Direct oversight of the clinical supply chain, inventory management, capital asset management and planning, clinical value analysis and related product evaluation and clinical technology evaluations for assigned area(s). Assists clinical department leaders in the analysis of budget variances and the impact on clinical acuity and operational finance. Works collaboratively with clinical, financial, and operational leaders to align data requirements in the continuous assessment of resource utilization across all procedural and anesthetizing locations. Serves as a systems expert to the Procedural Services and Anesthesia Administration in the development of data collection and reporting tools across all areas of clinical care. Assists other business managers as needed with core system expertise. This position will also oversee all QSight resources and Nursing Administration Services in addition to assigned clinical areas (i.e. GI, Labor and Delivery, Bronchscopy).
Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
3 Years experience in relevant supply chain, process improvement, and/or finance and accounting (Required)
General Experience in hospital operations (Preferred)
