Thomsen Homes is the Red River Valley’s largest and fastest growing single-family homebuilder. We are looking for a Sales Operations Supervisor that is highly motivated, organized, and enthusiastic to join our Sales Team. As Sales Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure that current and upcoming inventory are aligned with project timelines and marketing efforts, maintain internal databases, and streamline sales processes to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies. Additionally, this role will oversee the Transaction Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and personable individual with high energy and a multitasking emphasis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all current and upcoming inventory (timelines, pricing, quality, etc.)
- Subject Matter Expert in all sales-related contract documents
- Maintain internal databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of the Transaction Coordinator
- Prepare and analyze sales reports as requested by the Sales & Marketing Director
- Sales & Marketing Assistance: Back up support for both on-line and on-site Sales and Marketing teams

- Experience: 2-4 years of related experience

- Background in real estate or construction knowledge is a plus
