Job Title: Business Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Business Operations Manager to support senior leadership within the EMEA region. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth business operations, enabling high-impact leadership communications, and contributing to regional and cross-functional initiatives.
Working directly with a senior executive, you will manage operational rhythms, prepare for key internal and external engagements, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help drive internal communications and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the rhythm of weekly leadership meetings, including agenda setting, pre-read creation, note-taking, follow-ups, and priority alignment.
- Support the orchestration of regional, revenue-generating initiatives and programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned.
- Lead or contribute to the preparation of high-stakes external meetings and events with clients, partners, media, trade bodies, and industry figures. Draft briefing documents, build messaging and narrative frameworks, and ensure consistent delivery quality.
- Partner with internal communications teams to support content development and alignment for internal meetings, market visits, leadership Q&As, and team sessions.
- Provide senior leadership with clear analysis and synthesis of market sentiment, client feedback, and internal input—both in regular reporting and during urgent situations.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regional market dynamics, business trends, and internal updates relevant to leadership priorities.
About You:
- Strong experience in business operations, strategic communications, or program management within a dynamic, matrixed organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-profile initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail and discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise complex information into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working across time zones and with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with strong project coordination skills.
