What You Will Be Doing

- Bring a creative approach to data-driven financial insights, translating numbers into meaningful actions for the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership.
- Lead financial planning and strategic capital allocation to fuel our growth in the retail fashion space.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for exciting growth opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion.
- Ensure our financial reports, budgets, and forecasts are as precise as our eyewear designs.
- Maintain full compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to highlight financial opportunities and champion operational improvements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external partners who share our vision.
- Shape and optimize the company's financial structure, ensuring cash flow management and investments keep us on top.
- Drive enhancements to financial systems, processes, and reporting.

Experience You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, with a track record of success in retail or consumer-focused industries.
- Background with retail-like business (business to consumer) in multiple states preferred.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to drive growth strategies, manage acquisitions, and secure funding opportunities.
- Exceptional analytical skills paired with the ability to translate numbers into strategic narratives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and collaboration across teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that bring clarity and energy to complex financial topics.
