Responsibilities:
- Sales data management support: data cleaning, mapping and so on;
- Sales offers administration: coordinate with sales and finance, send relevent offers to our customers and maintain or improve the offer sending system if possible;
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales operations team. This may include maintaining customer databases and preparing KPI related reports;
- Payment Tracking : prepare payment tracking for our customers so that the Sales Operations team can ensure the good accounting relationship with our customers;
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and meet sales goals;
- Learning and Development: Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to continuously improve one's skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Major in international trade, economic and business administration or a similar field of study;
- Able to start in our Paris office as soon as possible for five days per week, preferably for a period of 4-6 months;
- Fluent in English and Chinese, and French is a plus;
- Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel;
- Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels;
- Structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- High level of accountability, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
