Responsibilities

The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing entry strategies for accounts, running prospecting campaigns, building relationships, understanding customer business objectives, and collaborating with subject matter experts to design and execute solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
Demonstrated success in new business development within professional services industry.
Experience in high-volume sales (deals worth $250k or more).
Familiarity with various sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months.
Stable employment history, with a maximum of three positions held in the last ten years.
Compensation package includes significant commissions and bonuses.
Proven record of revenue growth through lead generation.

Compensation Package

Uncapped compensation based on performance. Starting salary of $140K plus commission and performance-based bonus tied to fiscal year revenue and profitability.
