Position Summary
Cyberstanc is seeking Business Operations Interns to support day-to-day business operations with a dedicated focus on channel partner coordination and channel operations. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external channel partners to ensure timely execution of operational activities, accurate tracking of partner engagements, and smooth coordination across onboarding, enablement, opportunity support, and ongoing partner requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational workflows across Cyberstanc teams, ensuring tasks and action items are tracked and completed within agreed timelines
- Coordinate operational communication with channel partners for onboarding progress, follow-ups, enablement scheduling, and documentation requirements
- Maintain structured trackers for partner onboarding status, partner activity, opportunity movement, and pending action items
- Assist in managing partner-led operational requests by coordinating with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, product, finance, and marketing) and ensuring resolution and closure
- Prepare professional business communication including meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), follow-up emails, and periodic partner updates
- Support management reporting by compiling weekly/monthly operational dashboards and summaries related to channel partner activities and pipeline inputs
- Help document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improve process discipline by identifying gaps, delays, and opportunities for operational optimization
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports, partner records, and internal documentation repositories
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree (BBA/BBM/BCOM/BCA/BA or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with external stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks, maintain follow-up discipline, and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and ability to work independently with structured guidance
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and/or project management tools
- Prior internship experience in operations, sales operations, partner management, or business coordination
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and channel partner ecosystems (resellers, distributors, system integrators)
- Interest in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or SaaS-based business models
Internship Details
- Internship Type: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)
- Duration: 33–66 months (as per business requirement)
- Location: Delhi (On-site/Hybrid) or Remote (as applicable)
- Stipend: As per company policy
- Reporting To: Business Operations / Channel Partnerships (as assigned)
