A leading private equity-backed consumer business is seeking a CFO to join at an exciting stage of its growth journey.
With c.£20m revenue, the business has an ambitious value creation plan focused on both organic growth and M&A, with a targeted exit within the next 3 years.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the PE sponsor, the CFO will take ownership of the finance function and play a central role in scaling the business and delivering the investment plan.
The finance team currently comprises 4 people, with scope to develop the function as the business grows.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Proven CFO / senior finance leadership experience
- Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment
- Strong commercial and strategic capability
- Experience of M&A / acquisitive growth
- A track record of driving value creation and preparing businesses for exit
