Finatal are working with a Private Equity investor to hire a CFO for a £5m EBITDA professional services business based in London. With an exit anticipated in the next 4 years they are looking to hire a permanent CFO to drive them through growth to £10m EBITDA and a successful sale.
Requirements:
- Experience as a CFO in a Private Equity backed business
- Demonstrable experience of at least one exit for PE
- Strong familiarity with professional services / time and materials / project based revenue models
The Role:
- Work with the CEO to deliver a successful exit within 4 years
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PE backers
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
- Significantly upgrade and enhance the finance function and financial reporting
- Drive organic growth and M&A
