Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer, located in Mooresville, NC. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee and manage the company's financial operations and strategy. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, leading financial planning and analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial reporting processes to support organizational decision-making and growth. The individual in this role will also work closely with other executive leaders to drive overall company performance and support strategic initiatives.

- Proficiency in Financial Planning and overall Finance management
- Experience in creating, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Proven leadership and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in financial regulations and compliance practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
