Key Responsibilities:- Drive financial planning and investment strategy
- Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and fundraising
- Ensure compliance with financial laws, IFRS 9, and EU directives
- Lead the Accounting & Finance team
- Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts
- Manage regulator relationships

Ideal Candidate:- Proven CFO/Finance Officer experience in EU financial services or banking
- Strong understanding of IFRS 9, EU banking directives & risk management
- CPA or similar certification preferred
- Excellent in data analysis, financial software, and leadership
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA is a plus)
